This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a tow lot. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner from the moment I arrived. Instead of helping me with my concerns, they were dismissive and acted as though I was inconveniencing them. When I noticed damage to my vehicle, I asked if there were any photos taken when it was towed. Bought a car from here and had it transported (Maryland to Alabama). Did the whole process on the phone with Craig who was very polite and helped me through the whole thing even after work hours. I'm not local to the area but I would definitely do business here again. 10/10
I found them on CarGurus. Sent a email that day and Craig responded within a few hours. I called him the next day to schedule a test drive. He sent me extra photos I was asking for very polite gentleman. Came in took the car for a test drive was sold immediately. Tim his partner just as polite and friendly they helped me watch my children when I went into the tag and title place. And even installed my plates. This car is strong the car fax was sufficient for me. Blessed to snag it!
