I loved living there from the beginning to the end. You get what you pay for. But I think you get more than what you pay for in comparison to other places available! I was always treated well and personally when I left maintenance requests it was always taken care of. Some things to prepare for would just be to keep a shovel for your own safety in the winter but that can’t always be on the landlords. They do a good job keeping the property updated as they have tenants move out. The location is nice living next to the woods. ... read more

EDIT: Laura was so kind and helpful resolving issues left by the previous property manager. Hence my rate change. Thank you for making my situation heard, and resolved in a timely manner! I have been trying for months to get my security deposit back. I have called, emailed, texted and nothing came if it. Not to mention I got carbon monoxide poisoning from the stove that was not hooked up correctly in 2022. I couldn't afford to move anywhere else so I stayed and the property manager gifted me with a carbon monoxide detector. ... read more
