Very nice people but either over worked or under staffed. Dropped off an acoustic guitar to have the pick up reattached. Was told it would take a month. After four months I finally ended up just picking it up unfinished. I want to support local businesses but they have to be willing to help themselves. If you go there to purchase an item then you should have no issues, however, if you are seeking a repair then I would consider going to another shop.

Picked up a Gretsch kit that we ordered for my son last week. Could not ask for better service. The owner and employees are very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions you may have. I cannot thank Hoffman Music enough!!! I could never have accomplished putting together the system we now have at St Eloi for the youth music ministry the way they have. The support and knowledge base that the people at Hoffman’s has is second to none! If you are not dealing with Hoffman’s you are not getting what you are paying for. Don’t settle!
