I needed a plumber to take care of a leak from a bathtub water spout. I looked on the yellow pages online and found Mr. Hoff. He answered the phone after 1 or 2 rings and made an appointment with me for the same day. He was running late and actually called to let me know. He then showed up as promised and efficiently took care of the leak. He charged me what I considered to be a reasonable fee for his services. This plumber made me feel extremely comfortable while giving me options that considered my pocket and not his. This is a man to be trusted. He showed his expertise by very methodically replacing my water heater without causing peripheral damage that would lead me to more expenses. On a different occasion, he was skilled and careful when he changed a toilet in a tricky place.
