My wife heard a grinding noise and was worried. Hoff got us in immediately. A hardworking honest man. He was up front with cost and explained everything. As a Napa auto care center we even received a 24000 mile / 2 year warranty on the parts and labor. Coming here again!
I called Nick to get a price comparison on an engine replacement for my Jeep. He was not taking on projects of that scale at the time, but still took the time talking through questions and concerns I had about the process and was very honest and knowledgeable. That is top tier customer service!
