I absolutely recommend Hoffner inspections. He was extremely thorough and showed us everything we needed to know about the home we were looking at. The good, the bad and the ugly. Very good experience with Hoffner Inspections. Bill Hoffner, my inspector showed up early and worked ahead to save our time. Had great attention to detail as well as being a friendly person. Took time to check everything and managed to do the whole inspection quickly. Emailed report that same day and was very detailed with pictures of everything. Very professional company and would recommend to anyone. Future inspections will be done with Bill again if possible.
