I called Hoffner to investigate why our tenant doesn't have heat. They entered the basement, smelled gas, called me to report that they smelled gas and didn't have a gas sniffer to pin down the leak to a specific heating unit and left. They then called Peoples Gas per protocol to tag out the unit. I called a different contractor who entered the basement, heard the hissing leak, and determined exactly which heating unit needed to be turned off from gas and electricity.
