I had to shut down my furnace on a Saturday as it started to make a loud clunking noise. They answered my call promptly and gave me the option of an emergency call or scheduling on Monday morning. On Monday morning they arrived on time and even called ahead of time. Friendly and courteous. After the diagnostic and analysis of my furnace issue, they left to price the part and called back to go over the quote which I appreciated-No pressure!

The technicians are Indescribable great! On time, extremely polite, answered all my questions! They were over and above during their time here! It is so refreshing to have a company come into your home that you completely trust, just by their apparent knowledge of my situation! They will be my go to company for my friends, and family!! Jim and Caeden are incredible technicians! I am overwhelmed by their professionalism and knowledge!

While most hvac companies would try to up-sale Sensors or parts. Hoffner hvac was honest and reliable. Cleaning a flame sensor and getting my furnace back up and running in an hour. Low cost and great service.

Can’t say enough about how this company SAVED our family during some frigid weather. I contacted them and the owner (I think Chad) reached out within the hour. He sent a technician the next day. The technician evaluated my system, gave me a fair price, and helped ease my mind. Within 48 hours my new furnace AND ac unit were installed. This company is a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
