Unbelievable, the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was totally ignored and when I asked to speak with a manager I was told by "Anna she is the assistant manager and I could call and complain and do whatever "
I’ve been up and down Las Olas Blvd and the best ice cream is unequivocally Hoff’s Chocolates. Tyler and Anna always provide the most amazing service and they’re so friendly. I can’t recommend the place enough.
