Worker tried to scam me. Bought some chocolate clearly marked $18. Went to check out she said “with tax that comes to $26.50”. I told her that it says $18 on the display and she said oh let me change the price. Then she said $20.32. I thought that was a lot of tax for $18. She was reluctant to give me a receipt and sure enough she charged me $18.99. Only scammed for 99 cents but still very frustrating. Dishonest staff.

I had such a great experience at this ice cream shop, and I have to give a special shoutout to Anna! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely made the whole visit better. When am in the mood for ice cream these is the place I think about not just the ice cream. The service I receive when I get there from a beautiful young lady name Anna. I go there all the time but when Anna’s there I know my milkshakes going to be a 10/10 Hoffman’s is the best!!!!
