I am sorry as I was not aware that there are several Hoffman Carpet Cleaners.. My review was for Hoffman Carpet Cleaning in Latham. My apologies I am only giving two stars because I think the customer service is poor. Had carpets cleaned on Oct 4. My hardwood floor had spills on it, and footprints on it, but I though it would come off. Cleaned my floor, but footprints and dull strip running where they walked is still on the floor.
