I was disappointed at first to hear my Water Heater was basically not worth repairing, they gave me the numbers and I agreed not worth it. I was however ecstatic to hear that they could get me a replacement the same day! We'd gone a couple days with no hot water, meaning no showers, and we're expecting longer if we had to wait to get on the schedule for a new one, but they got back out same day and did an awesome job getting us up and running.
