I live in NM and was traveling through Provo. My AC started acting funny and I didn't want to make the long drive home in the summer heat. It turned out I had a much bigger issue with an oil line that busted and nearly cost us a new engine. Kelly took excellent care of the us, kept me informed through the whole mess (literally). Now months later, with a recall in hand, he has been so helpful through the reimbursement process of the part. I would recommend Hoffman Auto repair to anyone!!!
