Paul Hoffman rang my doorbell at 8:30 am.....the exact time he had promised to arrive. He worked in a totally professional manner in thoroughly cleaning out my septic tanks. He didn't try to sell me any "contracts" or chemicals to flush down my toilets....which I think speaks to his honesty. His price was more than fair.
