The first time I called to see if they take my insurance (I'm from out of town). The receptionist stated you'll have to enroll in the Guest Memebership Program. So, I enrolled and I called back to set up an appointment, the receptionist AND billing coordinator stated they didn't know if they took my insurance. Really?!? Goodbye. Taking my business somewhere else. Thanks for NOTHING.
