I had a very good first impression of Dr. Hoffman and his office staff. The office is clean and pleasant. Outstanding professionals-from receptionist, technicians, interns, surgical coordinator to Dr. Hoffman! All were very attentive, caring, helpful, patient, and they all answered all my questions. I felt very confident with Dr. Hoffman plan of care regarding my cataract surgery. Thank you all for your excellent care and service. Highly recommended!
The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable but the RECEPTIONIST and the person who scheduled the surgery couldn't keep anything straight. I will never recommend or go back to this office. When I tried to enter what happened, I was kicked out of web page. They can't even get this right. Bet this doesn't get published either!!
Terrible customer service.
Went to see the Dr. Hoffman today and I'm surprised there are not better reviews. From initial greeting by Natalie to Dr. Hoffman EVERYONE was GREAT!!! My appt was at 130pm and I was called back approx. 2pm. The assistant/Student ,Dalton, was very thorough and nice made sure to ask questions so we could get down to root cause of my red and painful eye; after varies questions and looking into my eye he saw a small fiber.
