Arrived at 230 for a 245 appointment called back to exam room at 255 walked out at 340 still not having seen the doctor although the two who arrived with later appointments apparently had as they were no longer in the waiting room when I departed.
I've been seeing Dr. Hoffman for almost 10 years now and he is compassionate and cares about my situations. He's the only doctor that has helped me with my medical problem in 25 years.
Dr. Hoffman treated both my husband and myself -- always in the best professional manner. He truly cares about his patients and always renders the best advice. His staff, both at Jacksonville Beach and Belfort Road, are also of the highest quality. Thank you Dr. Hoffman for the excellent care you give to your patients.
Kind and caring. Doesn't put you through unnecessary procedures. Listens to your complaints and does all he can to resolve them. Friendly and he listens.
