Jaileen was great and very pleasant to work with. Overall very happy with the value for my purchase of a traded in vehicle. They were quite fair with what they gave me for my trade in too! I recently purchase a new 2026 Honda CRV hybrid sport at Hoffman Honda. The purchase went okay although there was a miscommunication on a rebate on their part but they did resolve the issue. I have only had the car for under 2 weeks and brought it in for warranty issues. One issue is there is a faint high pitched beeping while driving, much like you hear when you take a hearing test. I feel I was in a very grumpy mood because I didn’t want to sell my truck, but I needed a car due to parking issues and could no longer put it off. Simon and everyone was very good and gave me the best deal available. It will take me a while to get used to the trade, but in the end it will make my life easier
