This is the 6th time my truck has had the oil pan replaced and it's leaking again. It's beyond frustrating especially when Ford has an aluminum oilpan that they made for this problem. I found the ford service bulletin for the repair but they keep putting the same plastic crap back on.
My disabled Veteran Son went for some warranty work. The service rep had to be called numerous times to see why he wasn’t following up with the warranty company. I would never use this dealership!!
They proactively ran a diagnostic on my vehicle and provided a comprehensive report. Because of the nature of my repair (replacing a water pump on a 2014 Explorer Sport), I was forced to look for options I could afford. However, Hoffman Ford was completely professional throughout the process.
First appointment of the day. Courteous and professional staff. Waiting area was nice and loaded with snacks!
