Usually Great Service, But Extremely Disappointed This Time! I have been bringing my vehicle here for a full year of service since purchasing it brand new, and service is usually great. However, my most recent experience was deeply disappointing. I brought in my 2025 F-150 for a diagnostic check on the bottom active air dam. They couldn't provide a loaner and needed the truck for the entire day, so I arranged my own rental car.
