My husband, deployed to Afghanistan, contacted our local florist in AR to have flowers delivered to me & our 3 daughters on Valentines Day. (The order was placed 2 weeks early). Hoffman Florist was the wired to florist for one of the deliveries. My daughter did not receive her flowers on Valentines Day- we tried to contact Hoffmans on Friday with no answer.
