I was behind one of these trucks on the highway and it shot a rock out and cracked my windshield due to the mud flap not stopping it. I called the parts department and dealt with one of the rudest, most disrespectful people I’ve ever spoken to. The attitude I received was completely out of line and frankly embarrassing for any company that claims to value its customers. If this is the type of person representing your business, it’s a serious reflection of poor management and a lack of basic professionalism. I called 3x today. Once at 8am, another at 1:11pm, and again at 2:00pm and kept getting the run around from Brett and Matt. I had to call the branch in South Jersey and they gave me a price the same minute. It seems like this location doesn't know how to handle business AT ALL.
