After 4 years of owning a cx57c mini excavator I’ve never had a worse experience with the service Dept. My machine started acting up with a bunch of codes and would turn to limp mode. After numerous repairs I had contacted Hoffman to clear the codes on it but they didn’t have an data link adapter for the machine, better yet all 3 dealers didn’t have it so basically I’m stuck with a machine that doesn’t run and can’t do anything with. I’ve since moved on to a different brand and dealership.
