Dr. Hoffman has been my cardiologist for 13 years. With an extensive heart problem, he has kept me alive and in good shape. Wonderful at answering all my particular questions and making sure that follow-up appointments are scheduled appropriately. His staff has also been very helpful when health problems arise. Would highly recommend him!
Hoffman's office and staff are bureaucratic and rude. For many reasons, including Hurricane Ian, my father hasn't been to the office for a while. They keep saying he's a "new patient" and make life difficult. His pacemaker may need a new battery. Hoffman implanted it. But the staff won't see him. We discovered his pulse is lower than the low on the device. They still won't see him and don't care. The nurse said it's their policy. Go to a Doctor that actually cares or dare I make a pun, has a heart. Not Hoffman.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hoffman's for eleven years. I have always gotten the absolute best care from him. I totally trust his answers and have the upmost faith in what he is telling me. Another huge plus for me is the have then best run office. I have never had to wait for my appointment more than a couple of minutes. A huge plus in my book.
Dr. Hoffman has been my cardiologist for 8 years and I have always received the upmost quality care from him and his staff. He keeps me alive and I am extremely pleased with his work and that of his staff. I highly recommend him as a cardiologist.
My husband became worse then when he first went in. Went to see another doctor and he is now fine.
Dr. Hoffman appears to be competent although in the years I have been a patient nothing of consequence has tested his skill level. The billing department is a whole different issue. Dating back better than a year I had a $2.87 charge that was not covered by my my $50.00 copay or insurance. I got a dunning letter threatening me with a collection agency.
