Excellent and very complete. We were thinking of replacing and he told us that we should try an inexpensive repair. There were 7 repairs / replacements he had to do and he got it to go at a very fair price. He also avoided a future mouse problem with the outside AC. Thanks, John. HORRIBLE experience. Scheduled an AC tune up, once they showed up nothing worked after that. The only good thing is that they didn’t charge me from the initial $230 bill they gave me to basically break my AC. Now I need to replace the entire unit, and it’s costing me a lot more. I had 2 other companies come out for a second option once it stopped working after John, and they both said how bizarre it is that it was working prior and now it’s not. Called this place because of all the 5 star reviews. Wanted to get some work done on my furnace. The lady who answered the phone just wanted to argue with me and then told me I was to far away. I only live 10 minutes from this place I told her. Nice customer service. I'll give my money to a company that wants it.
Great Job, Great Price for installing my new central air conditioner. I would highly recommend having them install your HVAC systems. John is a great guy and extremely truthful and honest.
