I stopped by for a car was with my truck and after the attendant had soaped up my truck someone else said that my truck couldn’t be washed because of the transfer tank. When I asked if they could rinse it off I was told no but I cold use one of the touch free units. Against my Better judgment I did and was totally unsatisfied with the wash my truck was just as dirty as when I went in.
Wish the free vacuums never became a thing. You mention the word FREE and it attracts a certain crowd and none of them are trying to buy a wash if that's what you guys were hoping would happen. Overflowing garbage cans, no open stalls to vacuum and clogged up hoses the few times I managed to get into a space. My suggestion is go somewhere with pay vacuums and avoid the *mess(es)*.
So who ever the Manager on today in a light blue shirt needs to learn effective communication and customer service. I visit all locations as I am an unlimited interior and exterior customer and by far the worst customer service ever received . Boo for you ,you booger brain. Men up front at check in, no issue . So tootles to you.
