My experience was great with Hoffman Audi.. Miguel was friendly and attentive upon greeting us for our scheduled test drive. I immediately knew I wanted to pursue the purchase. The sales manager as well as GM also were very welcoming. The entire process to finalize the purchase took 1 wk. In the meantime, Miguel kept me informed as the car was being serviced. Having been a former customer of Hoffman, so glad I made another purchase from them. They are highly reputable.
I went in for an oil change with a very tight time deadline and I was using a loaner vehicle. My service representative was so flexible offering me to keep the loaner overnight or even over the weekend if that’s what my schedule required, in the end they were very efficient and I was able to pick up my vehicle hours after I dropped it off all completed, thank you so much to Hoffman Audi for prioritizing the customer so well!
