After a terrible experience with another dealership, I paid a visit to Audi East Hartford and had Rob as a service advisor. Truly a much, much, MUCH better experience. Very friendly, great communication. Trips to the dealership aren't always fun or cheap, but choosing a quality dealership and working with great people make it all worth it.

I have dropped my new audi for water leak issue and oil change, no mechanical issue. Getting the parts took a while . But I could not located my car through my audi APP.. WONDERED WHY??!! Mileage IN was 2372, mileage OUT was 2374 on the paper, fine ,normal test driving after oil change , fine . When I picked it up , the actual mileage on my car was 2873!!! I bought a 2011 Honda CRV from here a MONTH AGO for about 13k, no noted issues from them. This was my first car I bought for myself and was supposed to be a great exciting experience. 3 weeks in the passenger side door actuator goes out, they tried to tell me its not covered under warranty but THANK YOU GERALD for advocating for me to get it fixed and covered.
