I called to see if they could help me. After not hearing from them for over a week, I assumed they couldn't help me. This morning I received a call from, in guessing the girl who answers the phone. I couldn't hear her, understood every 2 or 3 words. I said thanks and hung up. Maybe she shouldn't call from her car ,windows down while driving.
