We had a wonderful experience with Hoff Heating & A/C! Tommy came out early in the morning to diagnose a freon leak and quickly pinpointed the issue (despite it being a very small, hard-to-find leak). He clearly explained everything in simple terms, which we really appreciated. Hoff/Bryan even checked to see if the coil was still under warranty from the builder—unfortunately, it was just outside the coverage period, but we were grateful they took the time to look into it and try to save us some money. We would like to give Hoff Heating & AC a positive review for getting our AC repaired during a very hot summer. Both of our service techs, Aidan and Tim, were terrific and did a great job. They were professional and made sure everything was cleaned up, and worked correctly, before completing the job. They had to order parts during the repair, but communicated throughout when the parts were available. Highly recommended!
