I have used Hoff Heating & Cooling for many years. John M came out this afternoon to perform a routine maintenance check of my furnaces and AC units. He was incredibly pleasant to work with. Look forward to having him and Hoff support my future maintenance needs.

Just had a positive first experience with this company, the tech John M went above and beyond on what was a standard diagnosis of an issue. I noticed a few extra things done around here when i got off work. I will be using these guys for now on if its gonna be like this, old system is nearing its end and i specifically wanted to find a family owned non franchise company i could count on, thanks hoff team.
Hoff Heating was fast, informative, and made it a low-stress experience for us when our AC went out unexpectedly as first time homeowners. The online scheduling made it easy to get a tech out asap (scheduled at night for the next morning). Even though the existing unit was aging, they spent the time to diagnose the problem, so we could have all the information when deciding to repair vs replace.
