This is the way how Hoff floors handles second time customers. They had done a beautiful job the first time. Now after ten month hiatus from Hoff flooring I called them in reference to finishing the basement steps. After calling Dallas several times, he said he would be here on September 22. NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED. He has now not even responded to me as to come in and complete the job.
