I have been going here for years. They have made several rings for me which I love . today I brought beautiful pair of earring. Sadat Ansari and staff has always been good and friendly have never had any problems with any of there jewelry. there prices are good also! Sharon B

I purchased my ring in 2007 and had it inspected for the warranty EVERY 6 months. This time the when I brought it in I wanted to get it re-sized, but they "couldn't find me in the system anywhere" and will not do the work unless I pay full price. They do not stand behind their warranty- please go somewhere else to buy your jewelry!

do not stand behind a purchased elite warranty. They said I was not in the system and when they closed their doors for 6 weeks that y warranty was not valid.

I inherited several diamonds from my mother in law. I took one to Hoff Jewelers in Maplewood to be appraised and the owner gave me a price. I then went to Wedding Day diamonds to see if I could get a better price, but Hoff beat them. However, when I went back to Hoff, he looked at the diamond and said, "this is not the diamond I looked at before," going on to actually say that it was a simulant, not a real diamond. HOFF FAMILY JEWELERS is FRAUD and FALSE advertising!!!! its a bit long, but U MUST READ!!!. On Jan. 17, 2011 i was at the maplewood mall. i went in to Hoff Family Jewelers to see their rings. I was approached by the rep. name M. SADAT A. ANSARI. IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS THAT WOULD BE WHAT I WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT! On Oct 31, 2009 I brought my wedding ring into Hoff Jewelers in Maplewood Mall, my Marque Diamond had fallen off my ring and it was lost and I was devastated. I brought in my warranty and was told that my ring would be fixed and ready on Nov 9, 2009.
