This company was called to my 75 year old mothers home to do a routine check up and maintenance on her furnace. He would not do the routine maintenance because he told her she needed a new furnace and he could not take her money for the routine cleaning, etc. that's how badly she needed to buy this $4000.00 package from them. This is not the kind of place I do business with! She does not need a new furnace nor did she even need any replacement parts. Shame on you, Hoernig Heating & Air!

Air conditioning broke on a hot humid day, I called and they were out within 90 min. 15 min later, I had a working air conditioner! Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Hey, thanks for squaring away our decrepit Moncrief A/C allowing it to limp along until we can replace it, the same day we called no less. The part you replaced was neither of the parts I would have guessed were the busted piece-- I would have spent at least a couple hundred dollars, days of time, and still have broken furnace.

Our 50+ year old heater broke down around Halloween. We called Hoernig, they came out to look at it & recommended a new furnace. They listened to my concerns and came the next day to start the job. They did a great job clearing out the old furnace. When they started installing the new furnace, they installed ducts higher than the original furnace ducts were, for more head room. I had a gas furnace tune up and safety check by Hoernig Heating. Their newspaper add says they will check for carbon monoxide and oil the blower. They DID NOT check for carbon monoxide or oil my furnace blower. They didn't clean the pilot generator. They did tell me my furnace was dangerous and was overheating. Don't use Hoernig!

I will not call them again. Came to my house to clean and adjust my furnace. Finished in 10 minutes. Had someone else look at it the next day and the inside was never touched. Don't get ripped off - call another serviceman.

I will not use them again. I have recently moved into my house and called them two times because they were the ones who installed the furnace before I moved in. Every time they come I feel as if they make up the charge on the spot (my service charge was different both time), talk to me as if I were a 1950's housewife, and simply band-aid the problem without giving me a real solution.
