Had a furnace issue. Bryan came out to do a detailed inspection and showed me the diagnosis. Honest and insightful. Jen gave an estimate for a new furnace and was diligent about accounting for all the variables. Gary and Trevor smoothly installed the new furnace and were professional, efficient and cleaned up. Overall great interactions with this team.
Hopefully this review will help the Hoerner plumbing. The call to their number goes to AI virtual assistant and not sure how to explain the plumbing problem to virtual assistant. They try to call back and the number used by them goes straight to my voicemail as it is recognized as suspected fraud.
We had a slow leak under the bathroom sink and, as usual, got a quick appointment despite awful travel and parking conditions in downtown Toronto after the snow storm! Dorian was friendly, polite and explained everything. We highly recommend this company...and suggest you ask for Dorian.
Super expensive and not very professional
Rescheduled my appointment 6 times over 3 months, stringing me along with no apology or compensation. To be fair, I should have gone with another company after the 2nd time but I wanted to be understanding. My fault!
