I wish they would make time for their warranty work. Work that was supposed to have been completed. When I was a technician, I always tried to make warranty customers a priority. They trusted me and my work and when the parts may have failed or something else went wrong, which can happen, I'd do my best to take care of them In a timely manner and if I couldn't or something came up, I'd Inform them. VAN LIFERS BEWARE – Hoekstra Truck Equipment Wyoming MI If you own a Sprinter, run a fleet, or depend on a commercial van for your business or travels, do not bring it to Hoekstra.
