Jonhy O'Reilly Jonhy arrived on time and serviced my furnace in a knowledgable and professional manner. He also programmed my nest thermostat for winter. He was courteous and thorough in his advice. I would recommend him for heating and air conditioning needs.
Excellent service! The technician was knowledgeable and thorough. He diagnosed the problem correctly and explained each step of his corrective action in replacing the Turbo Capacitor. He suggested we consider a Hoekstra maintenance plan, and due to the age of our 4 units he asked if we would be interested in a replacement quote. He indicated that someone would call us in a day or two. We appreciate having cold air again right before it gets unbearably hot again.
