Great service, modern ideas and a willingness to listen to your ideas. Love the honesty when things you’ve chosen might not work. Amanda is fabulous to work with - up front, highly professional, knowledgeable about products, obliging and always offers a cool drink or a cuppa. In my opinion she deserves at least 10 stars. ☺️☺️
I highly recommend Hoek Modular Homes. I almost don't know where to start; but I'll start with the customer service, both during the build phase, and after completion and handover. HMH's customer service team was constantly in touch with me, providing updates, answering my sometimes dumb queries, and giving advice not just about the home itself, but about the process of constructing a home in a very remote location such as Birdsville. Quality! Hoek Modular Homes have a streamlined process and a high quality product. I'm so happy with my 2 bedroom Granny flat. The communication from the office staff right through to the onsite Builder was impeccable. Highly recommend.
