Once I paid for my dog Milford's cremation, they forgot about him. He has been sitting in their freezer for two weeks and has not gone to the crematorium because I selected a cedar box to put him in and this information did not get communicated to the crematorium. When we called for information about the delivery of his ashes, we were NEVER told there was a problem All these weeks I've been thinking he was at the crematorium, he was actually in your freezer.

I’ve had my little Harley treated here for the past 13 years. Dr. Rydberg and staff have kept him healthy and happy. Unfortunately, we had to let little Harley go this week after struggling with illnesses that come with age. Dr. Rydberg and Stacey came to my home to let him pass in his own bed rather than in the clinic. I think this was more important to me than little Harley.
