The best appraisal service in the valley.
Nice lady... nice kids (yes, she brought them)... Appraisal was ordered 7/16. She never called to schedule appointment. I started calling 7/20, nobody answered until 7/25. We scheduled appointment for 7/28. She was late but that's OK because my house isn't easy to find. She assured it would be done in a week. Called on Friday to inquire since lender hadn't heard from her- she said things came up and would be submitted the beginning of the upcoming week. I've called half a dozen times. 7/13 today and now my calls go unanswere... read more
