Wow, we were ignored and unsupported by a small team of doctors, nurses on that floor of the hospital. It's unfortunate to report that some people at Trinity Health Hospital acted unprofessionally toward us. On that floor, we were even mistreated as a family. Unfortunately, it is true that our medical system is broken. Be careful in this world! But, we are grateful to the doctors, nurses, and staff who were professional and helped our loved one!

My mother went to this hospital for a torn aorta and Dr.Nakahama saved her life and all of the ICU nurses were incredible I’m so grateful for this hospital and their staff.

I came in and was circulated through so many doctors and rooms it was so confusing, I did not even leave feeling better and got gaslit and ignored a majority of the time. Most of the staff were equally frustrated with how the communciation is set up. After waiting in the hall on a bed for hours, the doctors put me in an infectious room yet I had no infection, and some doctors would follow protocol (masking up, wearing scrubs) while most did not. The worst. 8hours of waiting in lobby. Came in with possible signs of a blood clot. The didn't have enough nurses. So you have to wait til morning shift. This place has gone to the dogs.
