We had an extremely disappointing experience under the care of Melissa Church, Carl Ganzert and Yvonne Jeffreys. From the start, the helmet fit poorly—it consistently covered our child’s ear. We repeatedly voiced our concern but Melissa insisted that this was “normal” and it would not affect the ear. I went to Hodgson to purchase a knee brace as prescribed by my doctor. On arrival I was greeted by the front desk in a personal and professional manner. They told me I would be seeing Pauline who made herself available promptly. During the fitting, Pauline was very informative explaining the functionality of the brace, how to put it on, and adjust it.
