I was traveling and ran into an issue with my prosthesis. Scott kindly fit me in on very short notice and treated me like one of their regular clients. He even went out of his way to contact Ottobock and got me a loaner charger. Really grateful for the professionalism and willingness to help!
The folks at Hodgsons are super friendly. Not only that but they are attentive, efficient, and listen closely to their clients. I would recommend them to a friend in a heartbeat..
It took them over a month to reply to my email, and when they finally did, they said the appointment would have a $90 fee just to have a technician look at my equipment to see if they can fix it or not.
Brought my daughter here for a consultation. Pauline was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. In the future when we are looking to get orthotics, we will be coming back to see her!
