We had an extremely disappointing experience under the care of Melissa Church, Carl Ganzert and Yvonne Jeffreys. From the start, the helmet fit poorly—it consistently covered our child’s ear. We repeatedly voiced our concern but Melissa insisted that this was “normal” and it would not affect the ear.
