I'd like to share my experience with Hodgesville H&A. I initially contacted them in February 2023 for an estimate on replacing the HVAC system equipment in my house. The estimate was a bit of sticker shock; however, after receiving estimates from two other companies, I quickly realized the Hodgesville estimate was quite reasonable. We called Hodgesville Heating and Air to repair our heat pump. Middle of December and NO HEAT. The tech was super, however the part that should have taken a day or two, took a week or more to arrive. Arrived on a Friday and did not show up until Tuesday. Same tech came to finish the work and management would not let him take the time to finish the job given it was more time than they wanted him to spend to do the job right. First and foremost we did not install this system. We did go over to diagnosis the problem. The unit was completely empty of refrigerant and the tech recommended to the customers that due to age of system and having that bad of a leak it should be replaced. He told them that the part that needed to be ordered was to just get it so that he could see if he could find the leak and to see if repairable that it would not fix the leak problem. Just a quick note to let you know that I have used Hodgesville Heating & Air for a number of years and they have always provided quick and efficient service. They serviced my mothers heating and AC for years and as she had no problems with them I gave them a try. I have not been disappointed. I highly recommend
