I absolutely love my new entry door. The selection was excellent as was the installation. This is a top notch business that is first class. The best in the business and the door selection variety is better than anywhere else.

It all starts with phone calls/internet exchanges and then an appointment with sales. Took the morning off from work along with my husband for a 10 am appointment. At 10:05 am I called to see if they were on their way and the call dropped after I heard hello. I called back again and was asked if they could reschedule, they had attempted to call me all week, the company had overbooked them, they were having some personal problems, they had to cancel or move other appointments around to accomodate me at then 10:18 for a 20-30 ... read more

From door selection through the ordering and installation process, Hodges provided exemplary service. I would happily use them again! Being able to visit their showroom and see/touch door finishes was especially helpful, and the Hodges team was patient and supportive as we went through several different styles before making our final decision. Extensive use of drop-cloths kept things orderly during installation, and the area was thoroughly cleaned afterward. My new Provia door exceeded expectations.
