It all starts with phone calls/internet exchanges and then an appointment with sales. Took the morning off from work along with my husband for a 10 am appointment. At 10:05 am I called to see if they were on their way and the call dropped after I heard hello. From door selection through the ordering and installation process, Hodges provided exemplary service. I would happily use them again! Being able to visit their showroom and see/touch door finishes was especially helpful, and the Hodges team was patient and supportive as we went through several different styles before making our final decision. Extensive use of drop-cloths kept things orderly during installation, and the area was thoroughly cleaned afterward. My new Provia door exceeded expectations.
We have used Hodges for three house projects over the past ten years, including the replacement of all of our windows. Our most recent project involved the installation of a new front door and storm door. The sales representative, Mark, worked with us over several visits to help us find the perfect door that fit into our budget. The installers were on time, efficient, and mindful about keeping the disruption to the household at a minimum.
