I have had nothing but problems since trying to sell my father's house in Hobbs, NM. It has been a constant struggle to get anything done on time and within reason. I live out of state and was hoping that the process to sell my father's home wouldn't be this painful, but it would have been better had I sold it myself. The title company, Elliott and Waldron, are as bad, if not worse.
