I have been dealing with Hodges Marine both Donny and Mike for nine fishing season as a river guide on the white river. They have always come through for me in a pinch and have been top notch professionals when I’m in need of a new motor or any service work. The absolute best in the area.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced from a marine dealer. Had a boat sit on the lot for over a month and a half without getting even looked at. Ended up picking it up and fixing the problem myself. Also tried to order a boat trailer through them and they didn't even want to deal with me on account of not being familiar with the boat even though the trailer manufacturer confirmed it would be no problem making the trailer and delivering it to them.
