I have lived at hodges manor for 7yrs, they have finally obtained the best maintenance team of 2 Russell and Willian. They are quick to response to issues and tag team a resolution. They Maintain a professional and respectful communication with resident. Which include listening to the maintenance needs of the resident. The grounds of property are well care and clean. These gentlemen make it easy to know if something goes wrong they will be there to help fixed the problem. Thank you dream team.
This place is horrible! I moved in and it was completely infested with roaches. Even after they sprayed they never were 100% gone. The ladies in the office are incompetent they have lost my rent payment twice! The second time they actually sent me a letter full of late fees. We did get it squared away but once is an accident and twice is irresponsible. The bathroom is abnormally small and kitchen cabinets are run down and dirty. Lee Merrie is God sent!!!! She has made my entire move in experience nothing short of amazing!! She has been sweet, honest, up front, and has answered every question I threw at her. My 2 bedroom with den is so adorable. It’s huge and has more than enough space for my family. I truly can tell this place has been newly renovated I haven’t seen not one imperfection. We are so grateful to have found this living community and my birthday twin Miss Lee, thank you
My experience moving into Hodges Manor was amazing! Especially because of Mrs.Lee Merrie. She made moving in a breeze with amazing communication, and a caring attitude from start to finish.
Love my new apartment Miss Lisa was the best
