The apartment was nice, however the neighbors smoked and you could smell it all throughout the home. The outlets would go out every other week it seemed like and sometimes maintenance would take their time to fix it. The outlets always smelled as if it was burning and no one seemed to really be concerned about it.
While the community is in a quiet neighborhood, I'm a little disappointed with the unit itself. They are old. When we moved into our current unit, our cabinets were falling down, there is separation between the appliances from the wall like they are not mounted properly, our sinks constantly clog or flood when we do everything we can to make them not clog. Additionally our pipes had to be flushed because other tenants decided to clog the pipes with grease or other items that did not need to be there. The pool is rather small... read more
The office staff and Russell with maintenance are always willing to help, also the maintenance staff are on time with repairs .
I have lived in hodges manor apartment for 5yrs. I am grateful for the office staffing. Stephanie is quickly to respond and can have a Resolution in a matter of minutes. The professional Mannerism that I received from Stephanie and the staff in the office is the reason why I have stayed at hodges manor this long. Thank you for 5yrs and many more.
Since moving to the Hodges Manor community I have nothing but good things to say about the office staff and the Maintenance Staff. I feel very welcomed and I can truly call Hodges Manor home. Stephanie, Cheryl and the young lady who is the property Manager (sorry, I forgot her name,) always provide help whatever the cause and fix the problem. The maintenance staff is great. Russell and William are tremendous help always. Whether it a question about rental fees or Weekend maintenance needs they are all 💯. Thanks
