I had a great experience with the office team — Brittany, Michelle, and Lee Mary were all so helpful and professional in addressing my concerns. William and D’Andre from maintenance were also amazing, resolving everything quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate the whole team for their excellent service!
I recently had the pleasure of having the maintenance staff come over to fix a leak in my kitchen, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work. They were polite, professional, and incredibly efficient. The issue was resolved quickly, and everything has been running smoothly since. William, Russell and I can’t remember the other guy’s name starts with a D, they are very much appreciated.
Great experience! William was super helpful with the A/C filter change, and D'Andre provided excellent service. They know their stuff! Thanks for the good work, guys!
