I called in with an issue yesterday afternoon. Got a call back an hour later that Matt would be here today. Not only did he show up but he did a wonderful job!!!! My A/C is back up and running. He was on time and professional!
Mack replaced our A/C unit and could not have been more professional. He was on time and his estimate of time to replace the unit was right on. He cleaned up after his work. His assistant, Daniel was just as courteous. Great job, Mack! I highly recommend.
If I could give them a 0 I would. Worst service ever. My husband and I had them come out to replace our AC unit. DO NOT LET them in your house. They ruined bedding, clothing, carpet, and our ceiling. On top of it all the installed the AC unit incorrectly. When we tried to file a claim with their insurance company they stopped answering our calls and their own insurance companies calls. We reported everything to BBB.
I agree with everything these other reviews are saying 100%. Our warranty company sent this company out to repair our air condition. He agreed to a (7a - 11a) appointment window. He spoke with my husband to discuss the time he was going to be here. As the other reviews says: he kept saying he was on his way. He said this all day long but didn’t get to our home until 7:15pm that night. I spent my entire off day waiting on this supposed to be business owner/technician.
