My technician Matt was great! He came in a timely manner and fixed the issue. He looked at parts other companies never touched. He even stayed a while to make sure my unit was running correctly. Highly recommend!
Mack completely saved us today by his honesty/integrity and getting me diagnosed so quickly. We had issues with the contractor that was sent our before him and he resolved the entire issue by being professional and trustworthy and giving me the correct diagnosis for my central AC. I called in with an issue yesterday afternoon. Got a call back an hour later that Matt would be here today. Not only did he show up but he did a wonderful job!!!! My A/C is back up and running. He was on time and professional!
Mack replaced our A/C unit and could not have been more professional. He was on time and his estimate of time to replace the unit was right on. He cleaned up after his work. His assistant, Daniel was just as courteous. Great job, Mack! I highly recommend.
