If I could give them less than one star I would. While the facility was amazing and clean and very nice and one of the staff members was great; The Director was completely nasty unprofessional, incompetent, incapable, and unqualified to hold that title. People are in mourning when coming to this place and he should try and act like he cares. Perhaps another field would be best suited for him. Diane was our Funeral assistant along with Jordan taking care of our cemetery needs. Nate was the funeral director. Each one did such an excellent job. So very kind and thoughtful especially during such a sobering time for our family. You will not regret the Hodges Funeral Home experience.

My wife and I had previously gotten our gravesite and markers earlier and went to Dignityfor our caskets where we met Aaron Hearn an outstanding young man who spent the time with us to pick our caskets and explained everything to us. Also the receptionist was nice and pleasant. If you need services and go to Hodges Funeral at Memorial Park in Fort Myers ask for Aaron.

Jeff and Troy both did a fantastic job with helping for all the arrangements for my mom. They made sure nothing was missed and all the arrangements went smoothly. The funeral is on Sept. I’ll let you know how it all turns out.
