The property manager Roberta at Salisbury Green is awful. She used to be helpful with issues between tenants. Now she tells everybody there's nothing she can do. I have the neighbors from hell above me that stomp around in master bedroom all night. I finally had to switch to the tiny bedroom, only to have someone do it in there the other night, leaving me with little sleep. Kind and willing to help. They keep there units very clean and up to date.
I have never in my life worked with such caring and kind people when getting an apartment. I am blown away at the ease of process and quickness of things! I would 10/10 recommend, Shelley,Shauna & Josey are amazing women wow are dedicated to helping people find a home.
I have been renting with The Hodges Company since 2022 and have had nothing but terrible experiences with this company. I would specify who my property manager is but it's hard to keep track. I moved in when this building opened as new construction and it's always been sort of a "property manager du jour" situation. There's been 4 or 5 different property managers for my complex since they opened this Phase II building in August 2022.
