One of the few doctors in the insurance coverage and denied referral for muscular Dystrophy patient with no reason given. Since when does a doctor deny a patient human dencies when they are in constant pain from a life long battle with muscular Dystrophy.
At first Hodges seemed willing to help, but over time he reduced my pain medication 3 times with no concern for how it affected me - he claimed he was required to reduce the medication due to "government regulations"- but never asked if he I needed additional assistance. He NEVER spent more than 2 minutes with me during quarterly visits, never asked how I was managing the pain - his favorite closing remarks were "we'll keep you going" - all the while, my pain got worse, and he could care less !! Dr. Hodges is a very caring and compassionate doctor! He cares about each and every one of his patients.
Always nice and on time
I see Dr Hodges every 3 months for pain management. The doctor and staff are friendly, answer questions and easy to communicate with
Dr Hodges is a terrible Dr. But his PA, Mr. Bill is great. If there was a way to only see his PA I would recommend going, but unfortunately Hodges ruins the business. He talks down to everyone and views every patient as a drug seeker. Definitely in the wrong line of work. Save yourself the trouble.
