The entire staff today were AMAZING. Brenda Dinges, Julia, Raven, all the nurses and techs, the student nurses that helped with my mother's care, those doing her EKG's, labs and all her scans gave her their all. They not only cared for my momma, but my well-being too. THIS is the type of care that ALL hospitals and providers need to live up to.
I’m so thankful for this hospital and their staff for treating not only my mom but also me and my sister so good, they sure did made us feel like we were home and welcomed 🧡 I appreciate nurse Sally for treating my mother with so much care! And thank you Dr.Vando as well
*This review is about the billing department* This has been THE WORST experience dealing with a clinic I've ever had. I am a dental student in my last year of school and while traveling home through Kansas during the pandemic my son fell and hit his head causing a laceration above his eye. We promptly took him to the ER where we were seen without delay and were taken care of. A month after we were home I received a bill and called the clinic to make sure they would bill our insurance. My family has used this facility many times in the past 30 years, and we have always appreciated the dedicated staff and medical personnel...as well as the amenities for families who are visiting.
