Called Hodge Plumbing to relocate a shower drain because we’re converting from a tub to a walk-in shower. We called yesterday and they were out first thing this morning. Couldn’t be happier that I called them, rather than try to tackle it myself. They did a great job and only took them about 2 hours.
Bought a house and since it is a NEW BUILD I am under warranty. I called to speak to Dillion since he handles the warranty. Once he asked me who my builder was he hung up, and blocked my number. I called the office and left 2 more messages. Just because you have beef with the builder I shouldn’t have to suffer. I would NEVER use this company. I am also reporting to the BBB. I am sorry if the there is bad blood with this comp many and the builder I bought the house from.. but a warranty is still a warranty…
