We had a problem with air conditioning and call technician who ended up coming twice to try make it work. The problem was not resolved despite the charges of $76 and $353 dollars. Finally we checked the conditioner ourselves and found that one of the wires was disconnected. We tried to contact company for a partial refund, but still getting no response. I think it is outrageous to pay over $400 for nothing.
